Shipping & Delivery Details
Order processing typically takes 24 hours after order is placed. Once ready, shipments are handed over to trusted carriers such as FedEx, DPD, DHL Express,GLS, Venipak, or other regional logistics partners, depending on destination and service selected.
Estimated delivery times vary by location and shipping method. Standard deliveries within Europe generally arrive within 1-4 business days, while international deliveries outside Europe may take 3-10 business days. For customers who need faster service, FedEx Priority is available, offering delivery within 1-2 business days across Europe and 2-4 business days worldwide.
We deliver to most countries globally. Please note that delivery timelines may be affected by public holidays, customs inspections, carrier capacity, or unforeseen events beyond our control. Once shipped, most orders can be tracked either through the carrier’s official website or via a global tracking platform such as trackingmore.com.
Due to logistical constraints, some orders may be dispatched in separate parcels. Conversely, multiple orders placed by the same customer within a short timeframe may be consolidated into a single shipment, provided the delivery address is identical. In all cases, you will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking update once your order is dispatched.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically and displayed at checkout after entering your delivery address. You may also view shipping charges by saving an address to your customer account.
Customs, VAT & Import Duties
Customers located outside the European Union should be aware that their shipments may be subject to import duties, VAT, sales tax, or customs handling fees, depending on local regulations. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and remain the full responsibility of the customer.
Before placing an order, please ensure that the purchased products are permitted for import into your country. Customers are responsible for complying with all local import and customs requirements applicable in their destination country.
