9. Orders and Contract Formation

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or reject at our discretion.

A contract is formed only when we either:

  • Dispatch the goods, or
  • Successfully process payment

Automated order confirmations do not constitute acceptance.

We reserve the right to cancel orders or suspend accounts at any time.

Risk and responsibility for products transfer to you once they are shipped to the address provided. We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect delivery details or failure to collect shipments.

You are responsible for ensuring that the products you order are permitted for import into your country and for complying with local customs regulations. We are not liable for shipments delayed, seized, or rejected by customs authorities. Any return, storage, or clearance costs resulting from such issues are the customer’s responsibility.

Customers outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are solely their responsibility.

10. Consumer Cancellation Rights

EU consumers purchasing for personal use have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

Details on exercising this right are provided in our Returns Policy.

11. Pricing, Payment, and Minimum Order Value

Prices may be changed at any time without prior notice. VAT is applied based on the delivery address. EU orders include VAT; non-EU orders do not.

A minimum order value of 15 EUR (including VAT) applies. This threshold may be changed without notice.

Payments must be made using approved payment methods and are processed prior to dispatch. All card payments are subject to authorization by the card issuer.

If pricing errors occur, we reserve the right to cancel the order or offer you the option to reconfirm at the correct price. Any payments already made will be refunded.

Only one discount code may be used per order. Discount codes are subject to their own terms and conditions, which prevail in case of conflict.

Product images and descriptions may vary slightly. Packaging language or format may differ, provided the product content remains equivalent.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

19. Food Products and Returns

All food products are date-marked, and most items have a minimum remaining shelf life of three months.

Products may be manufactured in environments where allergens, including nuts, are present. Ingredient information is based on manufacturer data.

Returns must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Due to the perishable nature of food products, refunds are limited and subject to inspection and approval.

20. Risk of Loss and Delivery Inspection

Ownership and risk transfer to you once goods are handed to the carrier. You must inspect deliveries upon receipt. Visible damage must be reported immediately and refused at delivery where possible.
