Preparation:

1. Wash hands and sterilize all equipment following the manufacturer's instructions. 
2. Boil 1 liter of fresh drinking water and leave to cool for no longer than 30 minutes. Do not use artificially softened or repeatedly boiled water. 
3. Measure the required amount of water into a sterilized bottle (refer to the feeding guide). 
4. Using only the scoop provided, add the correct number of scoops of formula powder - 1 level scoop of powder to each fluid ounce of water (approx. 30ml). Level off the powder using the scoop leveler. Do not press down on the powder. 
5. Place cap(s) back on the bottle and shake vigorously until all the powder has dissolved (usually 15 seconds). 
6. Cool down the formula to a drinking temperature of approx. 98.6°F (37°C) by holding the bottle under cool running water. Feed immediately. Always test the temperature of the milk before feeding.

Storage:

• Store in a Cool, Dry Place: Keep away from direct sunlight, heat, and humidity (ideal temp: 50°F - 77°F / 10°C - 25°C).
• Seal After Use: Always close the container properly to prevent contamination.
• Check Expiry Date: Use before the "use by" date for optimal safety and nutrition.
• Use Within 4 Weeks of Opening: To maintain freshness and quality.
• Avoid Freezing or Refrigerating: Keep at room temperature, as cold can affect texture.
• Keep Away from Strong Odors: Store away from strong-smelling substances.
• Keep Out of Reach of Children: Ensure it's stored safely to prevent accidental ingestion.
